Shipment:
We offer international shipping at competitive prices. Shipping costs depend on the weight and size of the item and the delivery location. We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Usually it takes 3-5 business days for production and another 1-5 business days for delivery. Please note that international orders may experience delays due to customs clearance. We also offer expedited shipping options should you require faster delivery.
Return:
We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange. However, please note that items that have been specially made to your liking or requirements or are clearly tailored to your personal needs are excluded from our return and exchange policy. According to § 312d Abs. 4 Nr. 1 BGB there is no right of withdrawal in this case.
If the item is defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a return or exchange. We will do our best to solve the problem as soon as possible and offer you a replacement item or a refund.
Please note that unless the item is defective or damaged, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer. We recommend that you complete the return process using an insured courier service to ensure the item reaches us safely and in perfect condition. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will provide you with the replacement item or refund within 7 business days.
